Company Description Coloom.ai is an agentic collaboration workspace designed for teams building and shipping with AI. It provides shared cloud-based code environments and centralized project context, enabling both technical and non-technical team members to work seamlessly together. By streamlining communication and reducing knowledge silos, Coloom.ai helps teams stay productive without relying heavily on any single individual. The platform also supports shared access to LLM accounts with clear separation of personal and collaborative usage, making advanced AI workflows more affordable for startups, small teams, and students. Coloom.ai is focused on creating one unified workspace where shared context and AI agents move with the team as projects evolve.

Role Description The Growth Specialist will work closely with the founding team to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Coloom.ai. In this full-time on-site role based in Toronto, ON, the Growth Specialist will design and execute growth experiments, analyze performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies to scale product adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying target segments, developing and testing growth campaigns, collaborating with product and engineering to improve onboarding and user journeys, and creating feedback loops between users and internal stakeholders. The Growth Specialist will also manage a pipeline of outbound and inbound prospects, conduct product demos, and support partnership development to expand Coloom.ai’s reach. This role involves cross-functional project management to ensure initiatives are prioritized, executed, and measured effectively.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder alignment, and user engagement.
Candidates should possess Growth Hacking skills, such as running experiments, optimizing funnels, and leveraging creative acquisition channels.
Candidates should possess Sales skills for outreach, discovery conversations, demos, and relationship-building with prospective users and partners.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives across teams.
Experience working with or marketing developer tools, SaaS products, or AI-based platforms is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with product analytics tools, CRM systems, and basic marketing automation is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment, take ownership, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
