Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Make an impact. Bring your ideas to life. Help us grow.

Colours of the Spectrum ABA | In-Home Therapy | Ontario

Paid hourly - compensation based on experience

More than a job. An opportunity to build something meaningful.

Are you a BCBA who wants more than a traditional clinical role? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for helping children and families, and ideas you’re excited to bring to life?

Colours of the Spectrum ABA is looking for a forward-thinking BCBA to join our growing practice and help shape what comes next.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder in a close-knit, collaborative environment where your voice matters, your ideas can influence real decisions, and your contributions can help shape the future of the business.

We believe exceptional clinical care and innovative thinking go hand in hand. We’re looking for someone who wants to do meaningful work today while helping build something even bigger for tomorrow.

What you’ll do

Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA programming that supports meaningful progress for children and families.

Conduct assessments, analyze data, and guide clinical decision-making.

Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and parent coaching.

Build strong relationships with families through our personalized, in-home therapy model.

Collaborate directly with the founder to develop ideas, improve services, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Take initiative on new projects, clinical innovations, and opportunities that align with your strengths and interests.

Who you are

A BCBA with strong clinical judgement and a commitment to high-quality, individualized care.

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to help build and grow a business.

A creative problem-solver who enjoys thinking beyond the status quo.

Comfortable working independently while thriving in a small, collaborative team.

Passionate about family-centred care, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

Looking for a role where your ideas are welcomed, your contributions are valued, and your career can evolve as the practice grows.

Why Colours of the Spectrum?

Your voice. Your ideas. Your opportunity to grow.

Work directly with the founder, enjoy the autonomy to bring your ideas forward, and help influence the clinical direction, services, and future growth of a developing practice.

This is an opportunity to move beyond simply working within a business and become an active contributor to what it becomes. As we grow, there will be opportunities to expand your responsibilities, take ownership of initiatives, and develop your professional interests.
