We are looking for a Senior Shop Technician – Electromechanic to join our team at our Laval branch!

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Shop Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Maintenance and repair of electric compressors;
- Rental return inspections;
- Perform proper and complete maintenance of equipment;
- Diagnose issues and carry out appropriate repairs;
- Maximize work schedule efficiency and the profitability of assigned tasks;
- Participate in the effective sharing of information with the administration.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment;
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electromechanics or equivalent experience;
- Good knowledge of mechanics and electrical controls;
- Knowledge of air compressors (a major asset);

Maintain and repair electric compressors and other equipment, inspect rental returns, diagnose faults, and complete appropriate repairs. Manage assigned work efficiently and share relevant information with the administration.
Requirements
Requires 7 to 10 years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, plus a vocational diploma in electromechanics or equivalent experience. Candidates should have good knowledge of mechanics and electrical controls; knowledge of air compressors is a major asset.
