Service Coordinator (Temporary position)

Laval, QC

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team at our Laval branch. This is a temporary position for an indefinite period, renewable in 3-month increments, depending on the company’s needs.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

Proactively monitor service agreements;
Coordinate appointments with customers;
Schedule technicians for various service calls;
Keep information up to date in the computer system;
Process warranty claims, when applicable;
Order and follow up on parts for work orders;
Provide excellent customer service to promote customer retention;
Promote the company’s products, services and image.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in a service coordination position;
Post-secondary education; technical or mechanical training is considered an asset;
Excellent communication skills in French and English, by phone, email and in person, in order to communicate with French- and English-speaking customers and technicians;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
High level of motivation, initiative and organizational skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and work under pressure;
Knowledge of Windows, including Excel, as well as POS and AX systems.
