Administrative & Operations Support Associate

Hourly Position

How You Will Make An Impact

You will support the day-to-day operation by providing administrative, Health & Safety, financial-data, catering, and event support. You will work closely with managers and operational teams to maintain accurate records, follow up on required actions, and help ensure operational and client requirements are completed on time.

As An Administrative & Operations Support Associate, You Will

Support Health & Safety audits, inspections, documentation, and follow-up activities
Assist with the implementation and tracking of Health & Safety training
Maintain and update Health & Safety records, forms, training documents, and compliance files
Follow up with managers and team members on outstanding Health & Safety action items
Maintain accurate information in Catrt trax, including updates, follow-ups, and tracking of required actions
Compile, organize, update, and enter operational and numerical data into Excel spreadsheets, databases, and client reporting tools
Support managers with updating financial tracking sheets, client data, reports, and operational information
Assist management with general administrative duties, document preparation, filing, and record keeping
Support catering operations, including administrative coordination and preparation for catering functions
Assist with the planning, coordination, setup, and execution of events, including large-scale events
Help prepare operational materials, presentations, reports, signage, and other documents as required
Coordinate information and communication between managers, departments, and operational teams
Maintain confidential files and records in an organized and accessible manner
Support additional operational priorities and client requests as required

About You

Previous administrative or operations-support experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong Excel and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience with Health & Safety documentation, training, audits, or compliance tracking is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Able to work collaboratively with managers, frontline associates, and clients
Flexible and willing to provide hands-on support during catering functions and special events
