Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, operational, and relationship risks
Translate client feedback and business insights into actionable operational strategies in partnership with Operations leadership
Support and lead contract renewal, rebid, and recover strategies for at-risk accounts
Align cross-functional efforts across Operations, Sales, Finance, Culinary, Support Services, and Sector leadership to deliver coordinated solutions
Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to inform decision-making, identify trends, and shape retention strategies
Lead executive business reviews and influence high-impact partnership decisions

Why This Role?

Direct impact on business growth through strategic client partnerships
High visibility with senior leadership and key clients
Opportunity to shape retention strategy across a complex national portfolio
Collaborative, performance-driven environment where innovation is valued
Opportunity to influence executive client engagement and long-term partnership health across the portfolio

Think you have what it takes to be our Director, Strategic Alliance Group? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role:

At least 10 years of experience engaging executive and senior level internal and external client stakeholders and leading strategic conversations within a multi-client scope
Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive growth
Experience managing complex portfolios and prioritizing effectively
Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
Strong relationship-building skills across multiple levels of organization
Experience in consulting, strategic account management, or large-scale client environments
