  • Build and scale core learning programs (onboarding, leadership development and employee experience) that create consistency across the organization
  • Lead end-to-end design, build and facilitation of face-to-face and virtual programs across Compass Group Canada
  • Own, create, and develop learning programs for all levels; from frontline associates to senior leaders
  • Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions
  • Design high-impact, blended programs that drive real behaviour change, not content delivery
  • Evolve learning from one-time training to continuous, on-the-job development
  • Strengthen the learning experience through modern tools, platforms, and scalable delivery models
  • Drive adoption and measure impact, linking learning to performance, engagement, and business outcomes

  • Ability to simplify complex needs into practical, scalable solutions
  • Degree or diploma; certification in Adult Education or Instructional Design is an asset
