Salary: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Hours: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM Monday to Sunday rotating schedule
Key Responsibilities
Overnight Concierge & Resident Service
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to residents and guests.
- Respond to resident requests and provide assistance throughout the night.
- Maintain a visible, approachable, and helpful presence.
- Monitor common areas and respond appropriately to situations that may arise.
- Assist residents with reasonable overnight requests and concerns.
- Maintain accurate overnight communication and incident logs.
- Communicate important information, concerns, and follow-up items to management.
- Follow all site emergency, safety, and operational procedures.
Housekeeping & Building Care
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout common areas and shared spaces.
- Clean hallways, entrances, elevators, washrooms, and other assigned areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling from designated areas.
- Restock washroom and common-area supplies.
- Respond promptly to spills, messes, and unexpected cleaning requirements.
- Complete scheduled overnight cleaning duties and ensure areas are ready for the morning.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment.
- Report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to management.

- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge service, housekeeping, customer service, or a similar environment is considered an asset.
