About us
Complete Car Wash Solutions Ltd. (CCWS) is a Calgary-based supplier of car wash chemicals, equipment, and service to car wash operators across Alberta. We install, maintain, and support tunnel, in-bay automatic, and self-serve systems, and our service team is the reason customers stay with us.
The role
We're looking for an experienced service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain car wash equipment at customer sites. You'll work independently from a company vehicle, handle scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency calls, and be the face of CCWS on site.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair tunnel, in-bay automatic, and self-serve car wash equipment
- Service pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, dryers, and chemical delivery systems
- Diagnose electrical and controls issues (3-phase, VFDs, PLCs, low-voltage sensors)
- Perform installations, start-ups, and preventative maintenance
- Communicate clearly with site owners and document work in our service system
- Participate in an on-call rotation
What we're looking for
- 2+ years hands-on experience servicing car wash equipment (strongly preferred), or 3+ years as a millwright, industrial mechanic, controls tech, or field service tech in a related industry
- Solid electrical troubleshooting skills; comfortable with 3-phase and control panels
- Mechanical aptitude with pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Valid Class 5 licence with a clean abstract
- Able to travel within Alberta and take on-call shifts
- Self-directed, organized, and professional with customers
- Assets: Alberta electrical or millwright ticket, experience with Hamilton, WashTec, Sonny's, MacNeil, PDQ, Belanger, or Mark VII equipment
