Role Description This part-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role is based at Complete Integrative Care in Bolton, ON. The Registered Massage Therapist will provide client-centered therapeutic massage treatments, conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and document clinical notes in accordance with professional standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with other practitioners, educating clients on self-care, stress management, and injury prevention, and maintaining a clean and safe treatment space. The role also involves offering excellent customer service, supporting smooth client bookings and follow-ups, and participating in occasional clinic events or wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong therapeutic massage skills, including experience with body massage and related treatment techniques.
- Knowledge or experience in specialized modalities such as Shiatsu and stress management-focused massage approaches.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a client-centered approach.
- Current registration and good standing with the relevant provincial massage therapy regulatory body (e.g., CMTO).
- Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program.
- Ability to work on-site in Bolton, ON, with flexible part-time availability including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Interest in integrative and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary clinic environment.
