Position Overview:

The Coordinator, G4G is responsible for managing and tracking IT assets throughout the receiving and disposal stages within the third-party logistics (3PL) facilities.

In this role, you will manage inbound IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) inventory queues, coordinating movement of assets, managing disposal process, and reporting the status of assets for key vendors. The role works closely with our 3PL ITAD facilities, warehouses, freight, sales operations, and accounting teams to ensure timely processing, pricing, disposal, and reporting of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Monitor and action inventory queues during the receiving stage.
Manage the biweekly clearance of assets in the disposal queue.
Perform received inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
PO creation and inventory uploads into our ERP system (IQ Reseller).
Escalate bottlenecks, delays, and non-compliance by 3PL facilities to reporting manager.

Supply Chain Coordination

Communicate processing directions to 3PLs for received IT assets.
Track purchase orders and follow up on customer approvals.
Coordinate the lock resolution process with Sales Operations and 3PLs.
Receive and price leased asset returns through collaboration with Accounting team.
Adapt and deliver on receiving and reporting requirements for upcoming and ongoing customer projects.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Daily reporting and status updates for IT assets received from key customers.
Biweekly reconciliation for key customers on receiving and processing IT asset queues.
Quarterly reporting of KPI metrics.

Process Improvement

Identify gaps and inefficiencies within the scope of responsibility recommend and/or implement corrective actions.
Assist with SOP creation and process standardization.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain, create, and share Certificate of Disposal (COD) and Wipe Certificates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Inventory Management, Materials Management, or a related field is considered an asset; equivalent experience will also be considered.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, logistics, IT, or data analysis; knowledge of supply chain and inventory control principles.
Experience with inventory management and/or warehouse management systems.
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) required; Power BI or other business intelligence tools considered an asset.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Clear and effective communication both verbally and written.
