Position Overview: We are seeking an
IAM resource for
6-8 months onsite in Calgary, Alberta to provide operational backfill and support for their Identity and Access Management function. The successful consultant will be responsible for IAM administration, user provisioning, access governance, privileged access management, and operational support of enterprise identity platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- User provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Support identity lifecycle management processes and automation initiatives.
- Conduct access reviews, certifications, and compliance reporting activities.
- Investigate and remediate excessive or inappropriate access.
- Support IAM platforms including SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Support privileged access management activities and CyberArk administration.
- Troubleshoot identity and access-related incidents and service requests.
- Assist with audit requests, compliance evidence gathering, and security initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications: Candidates should demonstrate experience with:
- Identity & Access Management administration and provisioning.
- Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar Identity Governance solutions.
- CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management platforms.
- Authentication and identity technologies including MFA, SSO, LDAP, and SAML.
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Access governance, compliance, and audit support.
- Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of IAM, Information Security, or Systems Administration experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM programs.
- Experience with IAM automation, workflows, and regulatory compliance required
