Assist with equipment deployment, inventory tracking, and post-operation equipment collection.
Follow established IT procedures, security protocols, and operational guidelines.
Provide timely technical assistance to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, field services, or a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common IT hardware.
Experience troubleshooting laptops, printers, scanners, and network connectivity.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and LAN connectivity.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and efficiently.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and established technical procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite for assigned shifts.
Ability to travel to designated work locations as required.

Additional Requirements

Availability for scheduled onsite shifts, including potential evenings and weekends.
Ability to remain onsite throughout assigned operational hours.
Comfortable standing, moving between workstations, and handling IT equipment.
Ability to complete required training prior to deployment.
