🚀 We're Hiring: Junior Business Analyst – IT
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client in the Financial Services industry and support digital product enhancements, business transformation, and strategic initiatives.
📍 Location: Waterloo, ON (Toronto also considered)
📅 Contract: 12 months (Potential extension)
💼 Experience: 3–5 years
Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop user stories and manage product backlogs.
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and UAT.
- Analyze business data and identify process improvements.
- Support digital product enhancements and stakeholder initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of Business Analysis or Product Management experience.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Rally and Agile methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
