About the role

CCI is hiring a CRM Developer to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience with hands-on and leading Dynamics CRM projects.
• Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.
• Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.
• Customize Dynamics using C#, JavaScript, and HTML
• Expert in customization of Power App, Power Pages
• Ability to utilize CRM APIs to integration with Enterprise systems

General Skills:

• Experience in programming, systems analysis, and specialized CRM software support throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in application design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting, and structured development methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages, development tools, design patterns, relational and hierarchical databases, query languages, and communication protocols.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Development Skills:

• Experience with CRM software development, enterprise architecture, design standards, high-availability solutions, and anticipated platform releases.
• Knowledge of middleware, gateways, Internet-ready applications, and rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
• Understanding of information management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
• Experience reviewing and modifying installation scripts, including encoding, testing, and debugging.
• Ability to provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve application defects.
