Experience supporting instructional activities, including assisting with labs, demonstrating procedures, and guiding learners in the correct use of equipment and materials.
Effective organizational and administrative skills, including equipment tracking, inventory control, documentation, and record-keeping in compliance with college and regulatory requirements.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate respectfully with faculty, staff, students, and industry partners in a diverse educational environment.
Postsecondary education in Aviation Technology, Aircraft Maintenance, Avionics, or a related discipline; professional certification or licensure (e.g., Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or equivalent) is considered an asset.
