Data Engineer – Azure Databricks & Data Lineage
Location: Toronto, Canada
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in Azure Databricks, Data Modeling, and Data Lineage to build scalable, standardized enterprise data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks.
- Design data models and data lineage metamodels.
- Consolidate existing data lineage POCs into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with data architecture, engineering, and governance teams to establish lineage standards.
- Support metadata management, data integration, and data governance initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Data Engineering.
- Solid understanding of Data Modeling and Data Lineage Metamodels.
- Experience converting POCs into scalable, standardized solutions.
- Knowledge of metadata management, data platforms, and data governance.
- Experience with Collibra is a strong plus.
