ABOUT THE ROLE
Emergency Response Specialist, 24/7 Roadside Assistance Center
A large auto manufacturer is building a 24/7 emergency roadside assistance
team. As an Emergency Response Specialist, you take charge of collisions,
motorway breakdowns and security incidents from the first alert to resolution.
You work live with drivers and passengers, police, fire and ambulance crews, and
recovery teams, using real-time vehicle data and camera feeds.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own serious events end to end: collisions, injuries, motorway breakdowns and
security incidents
Monitor and act on emergency alerts from connected vehicles in a live operations
console; log and escalate every event
Speak directly with vehicle occupants and first responders; call emergency or
non-emergency services and dispatch roadside assistance
Coordinate rescues, towing and vehicle recovery; file police reports by phone or
online, plus work orders
Support follow-up and investigations after each event
Complete accurate incident records and support root cause and corrective action
reviews
WHAT YOU BRING
Strong fits: 911 dispatchers, air traffic controllers, aviation dispatchers and
former law enforcement officers
Situational awareness within seconds across many inputs: a caller or police officer
on the line, live video, maps and vehicle data
Sound judgment: assesses the scene and chooses the right approach using every
tool and procedure, not just a script
Very high emotional intelligence and empathy while working under extreme
pressure in serious, sometimes traumatic events
Command presence, strict protocol discipline and zero-defect adherence to
safety and regulatory procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1+ year of live experience in emergency dispatch, air traffic
control, aviation dispatch, law enforcement or incident command
Fluent English plus the official language of the country
Able to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and
public holidays
Comfortable with multi-screen systems and fast data
interpretation
Able to pass an enhanced background check before start.
