Vendor & Subcontractor Procurement: Solicit, review, and negotiate competitive quotes from specialized subcontractors, hazardous waste haulers, and material disposal facilities.
Asset Salvage Optimization: Evaluate structures for salvageable assets (e.g., structural steel, copper, architectural elements, crushing potential) to offset total demolition costs in bids.
Proposal & Bid Management: Prepare and present comprehensive, legally compliant bid packages, formal proposals within tight client deadlines.
Project Handoff & Continuity: Meet with project managers, site superintendents, and safety directors to review budget allocations, schedule milestones, heavy equipment requirements, and safety plans for won bids.
