- Lead or support investigations involving serious, complex, or higher-risk incidents.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and help operational teams develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Coach and train site management on incident investigation techniques and root cause identification.
Training & Safety Programs

- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing safety programs, processes, and controls.
- Support the development of consistent EHS practices designed to reduce workplace hazards and improve overall safety performance.
- Communicate trends, risks, and areas requiring attention to operational leadership.

- Provide EHS guidance related to business growth, acquisitions, and integration of new operations.
- Contribute to broader EHS initiatives by sharing regional insights, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or another operational environment.
- Experience supporting maintenance safety training and preventive maintenance programs.
