  • Ensure all posts are published accurately, on time and in accordance with each client's brand guidelines.
  • Proofread captions, review graphics, verify links and tags, and complete quality checks before publishing.
  • Organize creative assets, captions, photo and video files to keep client content accessible and up to date.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Monitor client accounts for comments, direct messages, mentions and engagement opportunities.
  • Respond to comments and messages using approved brand messaging and guidelines.
  • Proactively engage with relevant accounts, followers and online communities.
  • Identify questions, customer concerns or opportunities that require additional attention from the team.
  • Help foster positive, authentic relationships between our clients and their audiences.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Create and edit social media graphics, stories and carousels using Canva.
  • Write and edit engaging, on-brand captions for different clients and audiences.
  • Edit photos and short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
  • Attend content shoots to capture photo and video for social media.
  • Assist with organizing, selecting and editing content following shoots.
  • Repurpose existing creative assets into fresh content for multiple platforms.
  • Research clients' competitors and relevant trends to come up with content ideas and creative opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, personable approach.
  • A solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Experience using Canva and the ability to create/edit polished, professional graphics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A creative eye for design, storytelling and engaging social media content.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • A positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Currently studying or recently completed a program in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media or a related field.
