Role: Conference Assistant (2-Day Contract, Vancouver, BC)
Company Description: Connectively Inc. develops Connectively, CoopConnect, and NonprofitConnect, a property management solution that helps Co-op and Non-profit communities manage their community easier. The platform streamlines communication between boards, property managers, and residents, reducing repetitive inquiries and response times, while centralizing all the information communities need in one location.
Dates:
- Monday, November 16th, 2026: 7:30am-5:00pm
- Tuesday, November 17th, 2026: 7:30am-4:00pm
Job Overview: We're exhibiting at a major housing sector conference in Vancouver, and I'm looking for someone to run the booth alongside me. You'll be the first person attendees meet: pulling people in, explaining what we do, and keeping the conversation going. Expect busy rushes between sessions and quieter stretches in between, which makes it a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting people.
Responsibilities
- Talk with attendees throughout both days, answer questions about the platform, and bring prospects to me
- Capture lead details (name, organization, what they're looking for) so we can follow up after the event
Qualifications
- You're outgoing and genuinely enjoy talking to strangers all day
- You're organized enough to keep clean notes when the booth gets busy
- You're available both dates in Vancouver
Compensation:
- $25/hour ($450 Total for Both Days)
- Meals (Breakfast, Lunch) will be covered
