Company Description Connecture Canada is a Francophone community organization based in Mississauga, in the Region of Peel. The organization provides economic development services to Francophone and Francophile communities in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Role Description The Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating community and economic development programs, including scheduling activities, managing logistics, and monitoring program timelines and deliverables. The Program Coordinator will communicate regularly with participants, partners, and internal teams, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders. Daily tasks include supporting program development, tracking participation and outcomes, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves assisting with outreach, promotions, and events, and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve program quality and impact.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Program Management and Program Development to design, implement, and evaluate community and economic development initiatives.
Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in French is highly expected.
Customer Service experience to support program participants, respond to questions, and provide solutions in a professional and respectful manner.
Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and activities, and to ensure effective delivery of multiple programs or projects.
Relevant post-secondary education in community development, business, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment and build relationships with community partners.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and collaboration software tools.
Experience working with Francophone or multicultural communities in the Greater Toronto Area is an asset.
