Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including development, QA, UX/UI, operations, and business stakeholders.

Identify and actively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure stakeholders remain informed through regular status updates, reporting, and communication.

Support decision-making processes and escalate risks or issues when appropriate.

Foster collaboration and alignment across business and technology teams.

Process Improvement & Digital Transformation (15%)

Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experiences, and technology delivery.

Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation activities.

Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.

Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, documentation, research, productivity, and delivery outcomes.

Identify opportunities to incorporate generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows into business processes.

Stay informed on emerging technology trends and industry best practices.

Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
