About DependableIT

DependableIT (DIT), part of the Malar Group family of companies, is an established Canadian provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), customer experience solutions, technical support, and Managed Services.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our client base across Canada.

About the Role

This is a new-business development (hunter) role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and securing profitable, long-term client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, experience selling outsourced or managed services, and the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Canadian market.
Develop relationships with senior executives and business decision-makers.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
Promote DIT's BPO, contact centre, customer experience, technical support, and Managed Services solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare proposals, support RFP responses, and negotiate profitable agreements.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
Meet or exceed established sales and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Proven success acquiring new clients and closing high-value contracts.
Experience selling BPO, Managed IT Services, outsourced operations, or complex technology solutions.
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with senior decision-makers.
Knowledge of CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Ability to work independently and travel within Canada as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling contact centre outsourcing, customer experience, or technical support services.
Knowledge of cloud services, AI-enabled solutions, or CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect or Genesys Cloud.
Existing relationships with Canadian mid-market or enterprise clients.
Experience with RFPs, enterprise procurement, and recurring-revenue contracts.

Why Join DependableIT?

Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.
Opportunity to grow an established Canadian company's BPO and Managed Services business.
Work directly with senior leadership and experienced operational teams.
Take ownership of your sales territory, pipeline, and results.
Sell a broad range of business and technology solutions.

How to Apply

If you are an experienced sales professional with a proven ability to generate new business and close complex deals, we would love to hear from you.

Please submit your résumé highlighting your relevant sales experience and measurable achievements.
