- Lead strategic recruitment mandates, managing full-cycle searches for senior, specialized, and business-critical positions while developing targeted talent attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Champion recruitment excellence, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while staying current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving TA best practices.
- 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including demonstrated leadership and operational oversight within a complex or matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to provide day-to-day team leadership, coaching, and mentorship, including establishing best practices, supporting team development, and driving accountability and consistent execution.
- Strong understanding of TA operations, with hands-on experience optimizing recruitment processes, workflows, and technology to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
- Experience developing and monitoring recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance improvements.
- Experience developing and delivering recruitment training, tools, and resources to strengthen recruiter capabilities and support consistent hiring practices across the organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to advise senior business leaders, navigate competing priorities, and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Experience leading strategic and complex recruitment mandates, including senior-level and specialized hiring, with the ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong project management skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to advance TA effectiveness.
