Campaigns Manager

About the job - Campaigns Manager

Join the Marketing team, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape our campaigns motion, helping us drive 40% growth in 2027. This is a new role built around clear gaps: we have been operating and running outbound campaigns as a combined effort of sales and marketing. We see an opportunity to level up with the addition of this role to build new assets and continuously test messaging. Your job will be to close these gaps: designing, running, and iterating on the campaigns that directly bring in pipeline from paid channels and in collaboration with our SDR team.

We're looking for someone with a test-and-learn mindset who has creative ideas that will help us hit our aggressive targets. In this role, you'll report to our Director of Marketing and join a lean, ambitious team where your experiments directly shape how we win.

Your impact

Campaign Management

Lead multi-channel campaign development and execution, across email, social, content, events, and direct mail, to drive new opportunities and pipeline with the SDR team
Partner with product marketing on campaign messaging and positioning, sharing relevant insights
Translate intent data into action, surfacing in-market accounts from our website and third party sources and aligning campaign plays to where buyers are already showing demand
Own campaign opportunity, pipeline, and revenue metrics, reporting on what's driving results and where to double down
Build and run a continuous test-and-learn motion: standing up A/B testing across campaigns and outbound cadences with our SDR Manager, and using rep feedback and cadence performance to keep refining what's working
Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership on data integrity and speed-to-lead, keeping marketing and sales platforms clean and accurate and making sure lead follow-up stays timely and within rep SLAs

Paid Channels

- Partner with our external agency to manage execution and budgets across paid channels (Google, LinkedIn)
- Track and improve full-funnel conversion rates from paid channels
- Optimize the journey flow from ad through to traffic, demo booked, Sales Qualified Opportunity, to Closed Won
- Work with our Director of Marketing to identify new paid channels to test (G2, Reddit, Meta, podcasts, newsletters, etc)
- Bring a data-driven approach to enable informed decisions while optimizing campaigns and improving spend efficiency throughout the funnel

Measure, test, and optimize

Track and analyze performance across the full funnel: CTR, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs.
Review them weekly, produce insight summaries, and contribute to quarterly campaign reviews.
Own a continuous experimentation roadmap across messaging, audience, offer, and channel, with clear hypotheses and a learning cadence that compounds, and make data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
Feed learnings and insights back to the rest of the marketing team to keep targeting and messaging sharp.

About you

You have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience and don’t need to Google terms like TOFU or CTR
You have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter with a desire to test new, out-of-the-box ideas
Experience running paid channels including Google and LinkedIn
Comfortable using marketing automation tools (Hubspot), CRMs (Salesforce) and outbound tools (Salesloft)
Deep understanding of demand generation best practices. You are experienced in launching and testing paid campaigns for B2B and you’ve had some exposure to working with sales on outbound campaigns
You bring AI literacy and have used it across previous roles, from drafting campaign briefs and optimizing email copy to interpreting performance data and generating ongoing insights.
You are a team player and able to confidently work cross-functionally with sales reps and GTM leadership
You are excited by in-person collaboration and able to join us in our Toronto office 3 days a week

Compensation & Work Details

The salary range for this role is $115,000-$125,000 + a variable component. Compensation is thoughtfully determined based on your experience, skill set, and alignment with our internal compensation framework and internal equity.

This is a net new position based out of our downtown Toronto office, at King and Spadina. Our team works in the office 3x per week to promote collaboration
