Business Development Associate

Vancouver, BC | Full-Time | In-Person

At Convertiqq, we work with brands looking to expand their reach, strengthen customer relationships, and grow their presence through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. As our team continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious individuals who want more than just a job title - they want the chance to develop commercial skills, build confidence, and become part of a high-energy team environment.

As a Business Development Associate, you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement and sales activity, helping drive campaign performance while gaining first-hand exposure to how businesses grow. You'll learn how sales strategies are executed, how customer relationships are developed, and how high-performing teams consistently achieve results.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is motivated by personal development, performance, and progression.

What You'll Be Involved In

Every campaign is different, but your role will centre around helping clients grow their customer base through direct engagement and sales activity.

You'll spend your time:

Speaking directly with customers and creating positive first impressions on behalf of client brands
Learning how to identify customer needs and confidently present suitable products, services, and promotional offers
Developing sales techniques that focus on relationship-building rather than high-pressure selling
Contributing to customer acquisition goals and overall campaign performance
Working alongside experienced sales professionals to understand how growth strategies are implemented in real-world environments
Tracking performance, setting personal goals, and continuously developing your commercial awareness
Taking part in ongoing coaching sessions focused on communication, leadership, sales performance, and business development
