Original job description

What We Offer

At Convverge, we design and deliver business application solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, the Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365. We partner with clients to understand how their businesses operate and help them improve processes, solve complex challenges, and achieve better outcomes through technology.

About Our Team

We're a close-knit, high-trust team that moves fast and counts on each other to deliver. We're passionate problem solvers who lead with quality, not just in what we build, but in how we work together and with our clients.

We believe small, empowered teams do their best work when they're trusted to own outcomes. That means less bureaucracy, more accountability, and the kind of environment where your contributions are visible and your growth is real.

We value diverse backgrounds and experiences, because the best solutions come from teams that don't all think the same way.

About the Role

As an Associate ERP Analyst, you will work with clients and internal project teams to help implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and consulting. You will work with stakeholders to understand how their organizations operate, uncover business challenges, gather requirements, and contribute to solutions that improve processes and outcomes.

Working alongside experienced consultants and technical specialists, you will gain hands-on experience across the ERP implementation lifecycle, including business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and client support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in consulting, business systems, and enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, goals, and requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and automation.
Investigate business challenges, identify root causes, and contribute to practical solutions that balance business needs, system capabilities, and project constraints.
Support solution design activities and assist in translating business requirements into functional system solutions.
Assist with the configuration and testing of ERP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and issue resolution.
Assist with data migration, deployment, and go-live activities.
Provide end-user training and support throughout project implementations.
Collaborate with consultants, developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful client outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

Required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, information systems, business analytics, finance, accounting, technology, or a related discipline.

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into manageable components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and business concepts quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to listen carefully, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and distinguish between a stated request and the underlying business need.
Nice to Have
- 0-2 years of experience working with ERP software, business applications, accounting systems, software implementations, business analysis, or related disciplines.
- Internship, co-op, project, or professional experience supporting business systems or enterprise software.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
- Understanding of accounting, finance, operations, inventory management, purchasing, or related business processes.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, developing test cases, or supporting users.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Excel, SQL, or related technologies.
- Experience working directly with clients, customers, or business stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications, ERP coursework, or business analysis training.

Benefits

Competitive salary and benefits package.
Opportunity to join a growing dynamic team.
Career advancement and professional development opportunities.
Work with cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading clients.

What we Expect

Our team shows up ready to do great work, and we expect the same from you. We collaborate, take ownership seriously, and hold each other to a high standard. In return, you'll find a team that has your back and clients who genuinely value what we build together.

What we Value

Our company leads with a values-based mindset, and we believe the best career matches happen when personal values align with ours. Before you apply, take a moment to review our six core values - we think it's worth your time.

Application Process

If this sounds like the right fit, we'd love to hear from you. Submit your resume and a cover letter telling us about your experience and why Convverge is the right next step.
