Warehouse Assembly Worker

True North Seafood, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program, has immediate full-time positions for a Warehouse/Assembly Worker based out of AC Covert Distribution Centre located in Dartmouth, NS.

The Role

Our distribution facility processes all species of fresh and frozen seafood for retail and wholesale accounts across Atlantic Canada in a high demanding, deadline driven environment.

As part of our warehouse team, the successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for order packaging/picking in a cold refrigerated environment
• Daily cleaning and sanitation of the plant
• Other shipping, receiving and packaging duties
• Previous experience in the seafood industry and Quality Management Programs would be considered assets

Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
