About the Materials Specialist (Internal Title: Materials Analyst) Role - Brantford, ON

Copeland is hiring a Materials Analyst for our Brantford team. You'll own the flow of finished goods from multiple vendors and product lines: working directly with multiple departments to keep customers satisfied and orders on time.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by transforming data and observations into actionable improvements that drive quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Monitor stock levels and approve/release Purchase Orders
Track finished goods and expedite as needed to protect on-time delivery
Verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders
Support Item Creation Process to add new product
Build and analyze inventory reports to spot trends and get ahead of issues
Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors
Partner with Production, Customer Service, Sales, Suppliers, and Procurement

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Comfortable analyzing data, spotting trends, and troubleshooting on your own
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Authorization to work in Canada - sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Preferred Requirements

3+ years in Materials Management
Bilingual - English/French
Strong Excel skills; experience with Oracle and JDE; BI tools (Sigma experience a plus)

Pay Transparency: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD Annually

Responsibilities
