Original job description

Copperdoor Property Co. is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate team.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to management and various departments while helping ensure the smooth operation of our real estate activities. You will work in a dynamic environment where organization, communication, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to management and team members.
Prepare, review, format, and organize documents, reports, correspondence, and internal records.
Manage emails, phone calls, calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain and update property, tenant, supplier, and administrative records.
Assist with the preparation and follow-up of contracts, leases, invoices, and other real estate-related documentation.
Coordinate communication with tenants, property owners, suppliers, contractors, and other business partners.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Follow up on administrative requests, deadlines, documents, and ongoing files.
Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Support the team with general office administration and other related duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Previous administrative or real estate experience is considered an asset.
