The Company

Buildings are responsible for approximately 39% of CO2 emissions and consume 70% of the electricity load each year in the United States and Canada, surpassing even the transportation sector. Over the next quarter-century, CO2 emissions from buildings are projected to grow faster than any other sector.

Our advanced cloud-based data analysis software is applied to existing data in buildings, identifying areas that consume more energy than necessary - helping reduce energy waste and the resulting CO2 emissions.

The Role

As a Sales Operations & Account Coordinator, you keep CopperTree’s revenue engine running cleanly behind the scenes. You are detail-oriented and organized, comfortable moving between CRM administration, commercial documentation, and hardware logistics in the same day. You take pride in accurate pipeline data, clean quotes, and partners who always know where things stand. This role works directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and is built as a launchpad into full B2B sales or account management for the right person.

Responsibilities

Own pipeline and deal hygiene in HubSpot, keeping records accurate and current
Build quotes and proposals in HubSpot and maintain our digital file structure in Microsoft 365
Prepare meeting agendas, track minutes, and follow up on cross-department action items
Coordinate partner accounts, provide status updates, and route inbound partner inquiries
Dispatch and coordinate domestic and international shipping of IoT edge hardware (typically every 1–2 weeks)
Support light accounts receivable tracking and invoice delivery follow-up
Maintain organized, accurate records across sales tools and shared systems
Supporting our Executive team (CEO, CRO and COO) with various administrative tasks
Other duties as may be required

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience, ideally in an administrative, coordinator, or customer-facing operations role

Bachelor’s or college degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience would be ideal but not necessary

Comfortable with CRM systems - HubSpot experience is an asset, not required

Highly organized with strong attention to detail across concurrent tasks

Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Based in or able to commute to Surrey, BC for hybrid/on-site work

Self-motivated with a genuine interest in building a career in B2B sales operations
