Job Description :-
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Management (FSM) Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of OverIT NextGen FSM for clients across utilities, energy, telecom, transportation, and oil & gas.
Must-Have Experience
- Hands-on experience with OverIT NextGen Field Service Management (FSM)
- Strong expertise in work order management, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, and field operations
- Experience integrating FSM with CRM, ERP, GIS, Asset Management, and IoT systems
- Strong techno-functional consulting experience across:
- Requirements gathering & workshops
- Solution configuration
- Functional design
- Testing & UAT
- Deployment & go-live
- L2/L3 production support
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, SQL, and data migration
- Knowledge of GIS/ESRI ArcGIS integration is a plus
- Experience with mobile/offline-first applications, dynamic forms, multimedia capture, and debriefing workflows
Alternate FSM Platforms Considered
If direct OverIT experience is limited, we will also consider strong hands-on experience with:
ClickSoftware / Click Scheduler | Salesforce Field Service (FSL) | IFS FSM | SAP FSM | Oracle Field Service | ServiceMax | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service | IBM Maximo Mobile / Field Service
Candidates should be able to demonstrate real-world experience in FSM implementation/configuration, scheduling & dispatch optimization, integrations, mobile workforce management, and field operations.

Responsibilities
Implement, configure, integrate, and support OverIT NextGen FSM for clients in utilities, energy, telecommunications, transportation, and oil and gas. Lead techno-functional delivery activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and L2/L3 production support.
Requirements
Candidates need hands-on experience with OverIT NextGen FSM or a comparable field service platform, plus expertise in work orders, scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce management, and field operations. They should have techno-functional consulting experience and familiarity with integrations, APIs, middleware, SQL, and data migration; GIS/ESRI ArcGIS experience is a plus.
