Role Description The Customer Success Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Calgary, BC. This role focuses on building strong relationships with business clients, understanding their travel needs, and ensuring they gain maximum value from Corporate Traveller’s services. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, monitoring account performance, resolving service issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customers travel program, traveller experience and retention. The Customer Success Manager will collaborate closely with travel consultants and operational teams, deliver data-driven recommendations, and conduct regular account reviews. This role also involves presenting travel solutions, tracking key customer success metrics, and supporting continuous improvements in the client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences.
- Proven ability in customer retention and relationship building, including maintaining long-term partnerships and managing key accounts.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that improve travel programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role; travel industry experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with technology platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards to manage customer information and performance metrics.
- Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
