General Function:

Responsible to provide office and warehouse administration support to the Vancouver regional office.

Office Administration

Phone answering service support.
Shipment creation/tracking for smaller domestic packages.
Courier preparation, seals and shipment.
General filing and organizing of files/records retention (digital and hard copy).
Data entry/formatting, pdf bundling.
Hotel, flight, car bookings and assistance for field staff as required.
General office maintenance support as required.
Assist with new hire orientation and interview and employee setup as required.
Invoicing for projects on an as needed basis.
AR and AP follow-up as required.
Company card receipt collection with monthly coding.
Assist with booking in-class safety and technical courses.

Warehouse Administration

Control warehouse inventory, keep accurate record of all stock (in/out).
Load/Unload materials as required.
Confirm accuracy and quality of shipments against the bill of lading.
Pick materials for received picking slips and move materials to staging area.
Appropriately pack materials for shipment.
Maintain internal record-keeping system (scan and save all paperwork).
Booking and tracking of shipments.
Operate forklift.
Know safe storage, handling and proper shipping procedures of various chemicals and materials.
