Sales Representative

Corwest Fabrications Ltd. is a dynamic, market-leading Canadian company with international experience and a stellar reputation in the fabrication and manufacture of piping, tanks, pressure vessels, and shell & tube heat exchangers. We specialize in stainless steel and high-alloys, including titanium and nickel alloys, serving industries such as pulp & paper, energy, mining, oil & gas, chemical, and general industrial sectors.

Position Overview

Corwest Fabrication is looking for a driven, ambitious, and customer-focused Sales Representative to help accelerate our growth and expand our presence across North America. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, connecting with clients across the industrial, commercial, marine, energy, and construction sectors to showcase Corwest's expertise in fabrication and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial, mining, commercial, marine, energy, and construction sectors.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs.
Promote Corwest Fabrication's services, capabilities, and value proposition.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Represent Corwest Fabrication at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
Meet or exceed established sales targets and business development objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role.
Experience in fabrication, construction, industrial services, manufacturing, or a related industry is considered an asset.
Experience in pulp & paper, energy, mining, oil & gas, chemical, and general industrial sectors is considered an asset.
Proven ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout North America as required.

Salary: $80- $100k per annum

The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on

job‑related factors, including relevant experience, years of experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Group’s compensation policy.
