WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Programmatic Advertising Specialist to serve as the operational engine of our Programmatic team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution pipeline, handling everything from pre-campaign setup to post-campaign financial reconciliation, so our Programmatic Consultants can focus on strategic growth.

If you are an organized multitasker who loves platform mechanics, structured data, and keeping campaigns running seamlessly behind the scenes, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Campaign Management: Build detailed trafficking sheets, validate ASINs and creative assets, verify tracking pixels, and coordinate launch materials to ensure 100% QA before going live.
Platform Operations & Setup: Execute quick campaign setups and bulk edits across Demand-Side Platforms, specifically using Structured Data Files (SDFs) in Amazon DSP and DV360.
In-Flight Pacing & Monitoring: Track daily spend and impression pacing, flag delivery anomalies (e.g., out-of-stock ASINs or bidding issues), and troubleshoot basic setup errors proactively.
Reporting & Analytics Prep: Pull, format, and structure raw campaign data into clean client-facing reports and internal performance summaries.
Post-Campaign Finance: Perform end-of-month reconciliations, cross-referencing delivered spend against signed Insertion Order (IO) caps to ensure accurate billing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1–3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising operations or digital trafficking.
Familiarity with DSP platform hierarchies and bulk management tools (SDFs/CSV uploads).
Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data manipulation).
Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset - you catch errors before they hit live campaigns.
Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, ClickUp, etc.).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure campaign readiness, accurate budget tracking and reconciliations, timely delivery of reporting data, and maintenance of internal documentation.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Budget Tracking and Financial Reconciliation Accuracy: Zero discrepancies in monthly billing actualizations, with budget trackers updated according to agreed timelines, such as weekly or biweekly.
Asset Readiness and Preparation Turnaround: 100% of campaign kickoff assets - briefs, creatives, and tags - compiled, quality-assured, and delivered to Consultants according to established service-level agreement timelines.
QA and Setup Accuracy: Fewer than 1% of campaigns flagged for tagging, landing-page, or creative errors during pre-launch checks.
Documentation and Knowledge Management Hygiene: Quarterly reviews and updates completed for all team standard operating procedures, training decks, and taxonomy sheets.
