Responsibilities.

Supporting your manager in the development and implementation of innovative search strategies
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client objectives are reached
Execute campaign setup, trafficking, and QA with Cossette Media best practice
Support the management and optimization of search campaigns
Reporting including succinct and accurate results analysis, develop business insights, and package effectively
Supporting junior team members and ensuring quality control in trafficking, maintenance, and pacing
Budget, financial and time management

qualifcations.

2+ years of paid search experience
Mastery of the main search platforms: Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Advertising Editor, Google Search Ads 360
Exceptional data analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategic actions
Keen attention to detail, catching and correcting errors before setting campaigns live and ensuring campaign budget pacing is always on track
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear and compelling reports and recommendations
Ability to work independently and in a team, to take initiative and manage several projects simultaneously.
Advanced understanding of Google Drive products: Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs
Required Skillshop certifications: Google Ads Search, AI-Powered Performance Ads, Search Ads 360
