Use Excel tools, including lookup functions and pivot tables, to organize, reconcile, summarize, and analyze large volumes of data.
Review reporting outputs for data issues, unusual changes, missing information, and process gaps; follow up with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, or employees to resolve issues.
Validate the integrity of benefits data, including insurance, retirement plans, group plans, the share purchase plan, and EAP.
Analyze employee benefit selections at the national level and correct identified anomalies.
