You’ll support day-to-day on our flagship travel clients in addition to lifestyle and hospitality brands across our portfolio; creating ideas, campaigns, and experiences that connect people to places. Coveted Co. is a boutique marketing and PR agency specializing in travel, lifestyle, and destination storytelling. We develop creative strategies that connect brands with audiences through culture, content, and experience. Our clients include some of the world’s leading names in aviation, tourism, hospitality, real estate, and design.

What you’ll DO.

Support the daily management of client accounts across travel, tourism, and lifestyle sectors.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, PR, and trade plans tailored to the Canadian market.
Research and build relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners, from journalists and content creators to tour operators and travel advisors.
Lead on tasks such as client reporting, media follow-ups, and meeting scheduling
Coordinate logistics for partnerships/sponsorships, trade activations, FAM/press trips, consumer/trade shows, and media-facing events.
Create client-facing media lists and media notes
Draft pitches, press releases, client recommendations, agendas, and meeting notes.
Own edits and additions to the agency’s master media list.
Support media pitching, influencer outreach, and event planning to generate meaningful coverage and engagement.
Track trends, monitor media, and share creative opportunities that help clients stand out.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and new business research as part of a collaborative, creative team.
Represent Coveted Co. and our clients at client/industry events and networking opportunities.
Assist management in research for new business pitches, and help identify new business opportunities relevant to Coveted Co.
Assist on events as needed.

About YOU.

Have 2-3 years of PR or communications experience (agency or in-house, ideally within travel, tourism, or lifestyle).
Strong writer and communicator who thrives on building relationships.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn; no task is too small, no idea is too big.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities, with keen attention to detail.
Team player with curiosity for culture, travel, and storytelling.
Obsessed with the Canadian media landscape and happy to scour newspapers, websites, and Substack for new story ideas and writers for upcoming pitches.
Looks forward to meeting new journalists for a coffee and fostering relationships.
Thrive in a work-hard, play-hard environment - understanding that events, campaigns, and client needs sometimes extend beyond 9-5 and into evenings or weekends.
Excited by the global nature of the work, and understanding an 'always on' philosophy is key in client communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva; familiarity with Meltwater, Cision, Klear, or MuckRack is a plus.
Language skills are considered an asset
