WHY Coveted.
No two weeks look alike. Some days are about logistics; building run-of-shows, coordinating vendors, or bringing an activation to life onsite. Others are about big ideas; shaping concepts, designing experiences, and turning spaces into something people want to be part of. You’ll own real pieces of the work early on; from ideation through to execution, with a seat in the room and opportunities to step up and lead. You’ll work closely with the senior team, gaining a clear view into how decisions are made and how experiences come together in real time. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative environment where creativity leads, details matter, and great work gets noticed.
