Love design, culture, and creating experiences that bring people together? Coveted Co. is

looking for an Account Coordinator, XM and Events to join our team. This role is for someone highly organized, culturally tuned-in, and eager to grow across both experiential and digital. You’ll support the execution of events while also helping manage social channels and create content that extends the life of those experiences.

About Us.

Coveted Co. is a boutique Marketing and PR agency specializing in travel, lifestyle, and

destination storytelling. We develop creative strategies that connect brands with audiences

through culture, content, and experience. Our clients include some of the world’s leading names

in aviation, tourism, hospitality, real estate, and design.

What you’ll DO.

  • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications are running smoothly
  • Assist in the planning and execution of experiential programs including activations, pop-ups, cultural events, and placemaking initiatives
  • Help build production timelines, run-of-shows, and status documents; keep teams organized and on track
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to support event execution and logistics
  • Work closely with internal teams (Design, and PR) to ensure alignment across all touch points
  • Support the day-to-day management of client social media accounts
  • Capture and create content onsite at events (photo + video) designed for real-time social and post-event storytelling
  • Draft captions, assist with content calendars, and schedule posts
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs, flagging opportunities or issues
  • Support basic reporting on social performance and content insights
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice management, and cost reconciliation
  • Prepare client materials including decks, agendas, and recap reports
  • Support guest list management, outreach, and on-site registration where needed
  • Be hands-on onsite - assisting with setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience
  • Oversee onsite staff (brand ambassadors), ensuring clear briefings and strong execution
  • Step in wherever needed - no task is too small when it comes to delivering a great outcome

About YOU.

  • 1–3 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, social media, or a related field
  • Experience working onsite at events and supporting live execution
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused when things shift
  • Curious and eager to grow within the events and experiential space
  • A team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts
  • Basic content creation skills (iPhone photography/video, Reels/TikTok editing)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Interest in design, culture, and brand experiences
  • Comfort working with Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, and project management tools (Asana/Monday.com)
  • Familiarity with social scheduling or analytics tools (Later, Sprout, etc.) is an asset
  • Ability to travel within Canada, the US, and internationally as needed

WHY Coveted.

No two weeks look alike. Some days are about logistics; building run-of-shows, coordinating vendors, or bringing an activation to life onsite. Others are about big ideas; shaping concepts, designing experiences, and turning spaces into something people want to be part of. You’ll own real pieces of the work early on; from ideation through to execution, with a seat in the room and opportunities to step up and lead. You’ll work closely with the senior team, gaining a clear view into how decisions are made and how experiences come together in real time. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative environment where creativity leads, details matter, and great work gets noticed.
