Who we are
At CPCS, we’re collaborative, fun, and deeply dedicated advisors that are shaping the development of infrastructure because the world depends on good infrastructure to function. And good infrastructure can look like this:
- Connecting people to family, work, healthcare, education, and more through safe, and reliable transit.
- Creating access to clean sources of energy in countries where access is not commonplace, opening opportunities for the use of healthcare and education technologies.
- Making better use of existing transport infrastructure through policy or regulatory solutions to reduce congestion.
Our mission is exactly this: Finding the better solution to any given transportation, energy, and infrastructure challenge or opportunity that ultimately affects peoples’ day-to-day lives. Our purpose is clear: Better infrastructure solutions = Better lives. By joining a global employee-owned management consulting firm, you’ll tackle big challenges that shape economies and communities worldwide.
Headquartered in Canada with offices around the world, our 200+ CPCSers have completed over 1,800 projects in 120 countries. If you thrive on intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration, you’ll find your place at CPCS.

The opportunity
Great infrastructure work deserves great marketing.
As Senior Marketing Advisor, you’ll help turn CPCS’s expertise, projects and people into stories and experiences that build relationships, strengthen our reputation and help us win work.
You’ll be the go-to marketing partner for our Advanced Markets Group (AMK) across Canada, the U.S., the UK and Europe. Think strategy one day, a major pursuit or campaign the next, with thought leadership, events and executive visibility mixed in. If you like connecting ideas, people and opportunities, and actually making things happen, you’ll have plenty of room to do it here.
Your responsibilities
- Be AMK’s go-to marketing partner. Build the annual marketing plan around business priorities, key clients and growth opportunities, then help leaders decide where marketing can make the biggest difference.
- Turn expertise into market influence. Use client and market insight to sharpen how CPCS positions its services, builds thought leadership, raises leader visibility and pursues meaningful awards and recognition.
- Help teams win and grow relationships. Bring strong positioning, messaging and marketing thinking to important pursuits and client conversations.
- Make business development easier. Create useful collateral, case studies, tools, playbooks and LinkedIn support that teams can actually use, rather than reinventing the wheel every time.
- Get the right stories in front of the right people. Lead targeted campaigns, email marketing and AMK content across CPCS’s digital channels.
- Make great expertise more visible. Work with BMC to amplify people, projects and ideas through social, media and executive visibility, while using AI and marketing technology to work smarter and personalize at scale.
- Make events worth the investment. Build AMK’s approach to conferences, sponsorships, webinars, dinners and other events, with a clear view of where CPCS should show up and why.
- Own the details that make them work. Take events from idea to follow-up, including budgets, logistics, registrations, vendors, attendee tracking and internal coordination. Build simple, repeatable processes and measure whether events are actually creating engagement and business value.
- Know what’s working and what isn’t. Track the marketing measures that matter, including engagement, influence, leads and contribution to pipeline.
- Turn data into better decisions. Use results and audience insight to recommend what AMK should keep doing, change or stop, and keep information easy for teams to find and use.
- Keep the work sharp and on-brand. Give creative teams clear briefs and priorities, and make sure AMK marketing feels consistently CPCS.
- Keep making marketing better. Question old habits, spot opportunities and bring practical ideas that make the work simpler, smarter and more effective.
