Working closely with the HR Generalist to support HRIS administration including, updating and maintaining employee and job information, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, processing bi-weekly payroll and creating standard and ad-hoc reports.
Partners with the Finance department for payroll administration, year-end processes and interim and year-end audits.
Administer employee benefits and pension enrolments, changes and inquiries and provide basic technical support for HRIS, benefit and pension portals.

Supports staff engagement initiatives and event planning, including administration of the High5 rewards and recognition platform.

Participate in department projects, continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as required.

Able to work collaboratively with team and other partners to meet objectives.
Competent in taking initiative and working independently with limited guidance.
Knowledgeable and understanding of equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility principles.
