Bilingual Marketing & Content Creator
Starts: Mid-October
Duration: 4+ weeks, part-time hrs
Hybrid, 2 days in office (Yonge & Sheppard)
Rate: $35-40/hr.

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Marketing & Content Coordinator to provide temporary coverage across marketing and content responsibilities while they recruit for a permanent position. This broad, hands-on role supports French content, social media, design, and web updates.

Responsibilities:
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain brand standards across materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors.
- Create marketing and promotional materials.
- Support PR, advertising, social media, and events.
- Create, film, edit, voice, and appear in social videos.
- Design social media graphics and documents.
- Write and translate marketing content.
- Update website content.
- Manage marketing budgets and invoices (not a must have but would be nice).

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a marketing or communication role.
- Excellent writing skills and experience writing material for various channels including press releases, media pitches, traditional media, website content, promotional and marketing outreach, etc.
- Excellent skills with with graphic design and video editing programs including Canva, Adobe Suite
- Experience with web management programs including WordPress
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience supporting CRM database management ensuring accuracy of contacts, inputting new information, developing mail lists, mail merges, e-mail blasts.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and vendors.
- Working knowledge of marketing communication practices.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with solid attention to detail.
- The ability to think critically, creatively and generate great ideas.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional, resourceful and collaborative; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related degree
- Bilingual French is a must
- Ability to travel to conferences, tradeshows, and meetings on an as-needed basis.
