Our consulting agency client is looking for a PM, Lead to join their team.
This will be 12+ months in duration, with a high likelihood of extension. This will be onsite 3x per week downtown Toronto.
- You will be leading a team of 6+ advertising PMs across North America and LATAM, owning team performance, delivery quality and client relationships.
- You will own and maintain team documentation, policies, processes, best practices, guides, and training materials.
- You will manage team capacity, ensuring packages and projects are allocated and tracked across the NA and LATAM markets.
- You will drive operational improvements that increase efficiency and scalability across North America, Canada, and LATAM.
- You will serve as a confident, trusted senior point of contact that clients rely on for both ongoing program health and high-stakes escalations.
- You will maintain visibility across all active campaigns and workstreams in your portfolio.
What is needed:
- 4-8 years of experience in project management, campaign operations, marketing, or agency environments
- Demonstrated leadership of a small to medium team, with a track record of developing people and raising the bar
- Experience in managing client relationships, escalations, and stakeholder conversations
- Strong operational instincts; able to see across a complex portfolio and act on what matters
- Hands-on experience with offline events, live activations, and experiential production; you know what on-site execution feels like and how to manage the moving pieces.
