Original job description
Our banking client is looking for an Interaction or Product Designer to join their team. You will help create intuitive, engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This role is 12+ months, 40 hours per week and 4x per week onsite in Downtown Toronto.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end design process for a cross-functional product squad.
- Design user experiences from concept through final delivery, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Marketing, and Brand teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Champion accessibility, design system adoption, and consistent user journeys across web and mobile.
What is needed:
- 5+ years of Product Design experience (or 10+ years across UX, Interaction, and Visual Design).
- Experience designing consumer-facing experiences within retail, eCommerce, loyalty, or rewards programs.
- Strong expertise in responsive web and native mobile app design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Mural, design systems, and prototyping tools.
