Our financial services client is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team for 6+ months, fulltime hours per week. This will be onsite 4x per week in downtown Toronto.
What you will be doing:
- supporting the execution of medium-scale projects by coordinating activities under the direction of a Project Manager or Program Lead.
- supporting both traditional (waterfall) and agile (iterative) delivery models
- monitoring, tracking, and reporting progress against project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
- playing a key role in planning, standups, and managing dependencies.
- preparing and maintaining project dashboards and reports to support project tracking and decision-making by project leadership.
Skills required:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in a corporate setting.
- experience managing projects, assisting with project budgets, scheduling management, stakeholder comms and more.
