Original job description

Affiliate Manager (Lead Generation) - Creative Clicks US
📍 Markham, Ontario (Hybrid)

🌍 About Creative Clicks

We identify opportunities in mobile performance-based marketing and execute them internationally via our unparalleled marketing and distribution network. Thanks to our robust operational and financial back office, we’re able to scale up quickly and efficiently. Creative Clicks started in 2009 and now has 200+ employees of over 25 nationalities, active in 65+ countries across six continents.

We believe everyone is unique. So, be you! Our success is a result of our Triple E Philosophy. Be the Energetic and Entrepreneurial Expert. Dream big, everything is possible. We give our people autonomy and accountability, without internal politics. And we celebrate our successes together, every day.

The Role

We’re looking for a natural networker who thrives on ownership, not oversight. You’ll build and grow our publisher network around lead generation: onboarding top-tier traffic sources, matching them to the right offers, and scaling what converts, while keeping lead quality, compliance and partner relationships strong. You’ll work closely with fellow Affiliate Managers and the wider CC US team, and you’ll see the direct impact of your work on revenue.

What You’ll Do

Onboard new publishers and traffic sources onto our network.
Develop new lead generation supply channels and grow volume on existing ones
Drive performance on lead gen offers (CPL/CPA), matching the right publishers and traffic sources to each offer
Monitor lead quality and conversion, and optimize traffic sources based on results
Manage your existing publishers daily: communication, fraud prevention, contracts, troubleshooting, and offer approvals
Recruit new top-tier publishers through industry forums, email, affiliate search tools, LinkedIn, and personal connections
Manage and scale affiliate marketing budgets
Work with fellow Affiliate Managers to promote campaigns while maintaining brand safety and compliance
Learn and grow new offer verticals, with lead generation first, plus sweeps, mobile apps, casino and gambling, and dating

How Success Is Measured

New publishers and traffic sources onboarded and activated
Lead volume and revenue generated from your publisher portfolio
Lead quality and conversion rates on the traffic you manage
Healthy, long-term relationships with your publishers

What You Bring

1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing or media and internet sales products, ideally in lead generation
Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Action (CPA) experience
Understanding of lead quality, traffic validation, and compliance in lead gen campaigns
Strong verbal and written communication, with organized and consistent follow-up
Experience with CRM systems and online tools
A performance-driven, proactive mindset
Post-secondary education

What We Offer

Working at Creative Clicks means working in a highly energetic environment where we have fun and work whenever necessary. Surrounded by entrepreneurial people in a rapidly growing company, you grow by experimenting and discovering. Just do it!

We operate in a hybrid way of working from our Markham, Ontario office, which in practice means you work remotely most of the time.

Creative Clicks is proud to be a diverse and equal opportunity employer and as such does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws. Selection decisions are solely based on job-related factors. We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
